020 458 77796The Streatham Hill Vets and Tooting Vets teams were delighted to attend the annual Tooting Common Fun Dog Show, joining local dog owners and their four-legged companions for a fantastic community event on Tooting Common.
The popular event welcomed hundreds of visitors and dogs for a day filled with fun competition categories, wagging tails and plenty of sunshine.
It was a wonderful opportunity for our veterinary teams to catch up with some of our regular patients, meet new members of the local community and spend time with dogs of all breeds, shapes and sizes.

Our vet Amelia had the honour of judging several of the competition categories.
With so many wonderful dogs taking part, selecting the winners was certainly not an easy task. Every category featured fantastic entries, and each dog brought something special to the competition.
Amelia was supported throughout the event by Maria and our student veterinary nurse, Marley. They enjoyed speaking with local dog owners and meeting the many dogs taking part in the show.
From impressive tricks and beautiful coats to enthusiastic personalities and wagging tails, every entrant helped make the Tooting Common Fun Dog Show a memorable occasion.
Meeting local dogs and their owners
Community events give our teams the opportunity to meet pet owners outside the veterinary practice and celebrate the important role that animals play in our local area.
It was particularly lovely to see some familiar faces from Tooting Vets and Streatham Hill Vets, as well as meeting dog owners who were getting to know our teams for the first time.
We are proud to support local events that bring people and their pets together while encouraging responsible pet ownership and strengthening connections across the community.
